Edge processing
To process the edges of your technical springs, we draw on a range of processes that have been proved in practice. For stainless spring steel strips in particular, the machining of edges in a process known as "chasing" is the preferred option.
For the processing of carbon steels, the spring edge is processed with a combination of section and hard rolling. This proprietary technology provides the best results in terms of the service life of the spring.
