Technical spring engineering

With the support of Kern-Liebers mechanical engineering, we develop a range of different production facilities for our own spring production. We also furnish the supporting processes of quality assurance with customized test equipment.

In addition to purely mechanical solutions, our solutions also include a high proportion of modern CNC and PLC controlled machines. The designs are engineered in teams with our production planners. The mechanical engineering department draws on the expertise of our in-house electronics department and its system programmers, with support from the purchasing department in the procurement process for external components.
